Andrew is a partner at Lerners LLP, where he is a member of the Plaintiff Personal Injury Practice Group and Appellate Law Group. He has been helping plaintiffs for over 20 years. He is certified by The Law Society of Upper Canada as a specialist in civil litigation. He is a member of The Advocates' Society and a past co-chair of The Advocates’ Society’s personal injury and insurance law practice group. Andrew is a Past President of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association. He also maintains memberships in the Canadian Bar Association, the Medical-Legal Society of Toronto, The American Association of Justice, the Head Injury Association of London & District, and the Middlesex Law Association. Andrew’s focus is civil litigation, with an emphasis on motor vehicle, personal injury, and LTD litigation. He also maintains a small quasi-criminal law, practice, acting as defence counsel and often as a “prosecutor-for-hire” on behalf of municipalities for by-law and provincial offence prosecutions.
